Carissa Gralewski, PA-C
Carissa is a board-certified physician associate. She graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy and specializes in Internal Medicine. Her interests include hematology/oncology, women’s health, and behavioral health. Carissa is from the downriver area, married to her husband who serves in the Coast Guard, and has a son and two dogs. She enjoys spending time with her family, watching her son play hockey, camping, baking, and volunteering in the community.
Nour Ali, PA-C
Nour Ali is a board-certified physician associate with over six years of experience in internal and family medicine. Nour sees patients ages newborn and up. In her practice of medicine, she aims to provide compassionate patient care centered around disease prevention and promoting healthy lifestyles. In her time off, she enjoys being a mother to her two children, traveling, and decorating her home.

Seemin Qureshi, DMSc, PA-C is a physician associate with over 10 years of experience working in mental health. She specializes in helping children, adolescents and adults with their mental well being. She focuses on both medication and therapeutic lifestyle changes. Believing balance is the key to a healthy lifestyle, Seemin is a married mother of three children and enjoys spending her free time reading, crafting, and traveling the world with her family.

Savanah supports the office staff in their day-to-day operations. Her favorite hobbies include walking her dog and hunting. She is currently studying to become an athletic trainer and her favorite music to listen to is country music.

Maddie is a medical assistant at PPOM. She attended Ross Medical Education Center for her MA certification. She enjoys working with patients of all ages to create a positive experience. In her free time she enjoys being at home with her mini Aussie, fish, and many houseplants.
