Dr. Qureshi is a board-certified primary care physician and the founder of PPOM. He has over 28 years of experience and specializes in internal medicine. In his free time, he enjoys watching cooking tutorials, staying active, and traveling the world with his family.
Navin Raj, MD
Dr. Raj is a board-certified family medicine physician providing care for patients ages newborn and up. Originally from Dubai, UAE, he is a proud Michigander who enjoys winter more than the summer. Dr. Raj brings over 10 years of experience and specializes in family medicine. He completed his residency at Genesys Health System in Grand Blanc, MI. In his free time, Dr. Raj enjoys game nights with his family, working out, and taking trips to NYC where he enjoys trying new cuisines.

Seemin Qureshi, DMSc, PA-C is a physician assistant with over 10 years of experience working in mental health. She specializes in helping children, adolescents and adults with their mental well being. She focuses on both medication and therapeutic lifestyle changes. Believing balance is the key to a healthy lifestyle, Seemin is a married mother of three teenage children and enjoys spending her free time reading, crafting, and traveling the world with her family.
Nour Ali, PA-C
Nour Ali is a board-certified physician associate with over six years of experience in internal and family medicine. Nour sees patients ages newborn and up. In her practice of medicine, she aims to provide compassionate patient care centered around disease prevention and promoting healthy lifestyles. In her time off, she enjoys being a mother to her two children, traveling, and decorating her home.

Savanah supports the office staff in their day-to-day operations. Her favorite hobbies include walking her dog and hunting. She is currently studying to become an athletic trainer and her favorite music to listen to is country music.

Maddie is a medical assistant at PPOM. She attended Ross Medical Education Center for her MA certification. She enjoys working with patients of all ages to create a positive experience. In her free time she enjoys being at home with her mini Aussie, fish, and many houseplants.
